Estes Final Mile® Commercial Non-Dock Delivery

Many commercial freight delivery destinations – such as strip malls, construction sites, schools, and churches – don’t have loading docks. For some freight shippers, that’s an obstacle. For Estes, it’s an opportunity for our Final Mile® delivery service to exceed expectations.

When no dock is present, our standard Commercial Non-Dock service places the shipment next to your front or rear entrance, inside the roll-up door, or in the closest covered area.

Final Mile® service is available for both non-dock commercial and residential freight deliveries; it can accommodate bulky or heavy freight and shipments that require special handling. Multi-person delivery teams are available, as well as special equipment such as lift-gates.

White glove services are also available in some areas for residential deliveries; these can include placement in a room or area of choice, movement up one flight of stairs, and/or removal of debris if requested. Ask about service levels available in your market.
